Norlit Legal Capital was founded by senior litigators who spent their careers on the front lines of complex, high-value disputes — class actions, commercial arbitration, competition matters, and insolvency proceedings.
Through that experience, we saw firsthand how the economics of litigation could determine which cases were pursued and which were abandoned. Meritorious claims went unfunded. Opaque fee structures eroded recoveries. Funders without litigation experience made decisions that misaligned with the realities of the courtroom.
We built Norlit to change that — to provide disbursement funding that is transparent, fairly priced, and informed by genuine courtroom experience.
